In January I went to see my PCM due to a sinus infection. While there I requested for the second time a referral to see about getting gastric surgery for weight loss. I had been thinking about it for some time and decided that I was going to finally do something about it. After having 3 kids, taking medications with one of the side effects being weight gain and stress; being over 200 lbs on a 5 foot 1 inch (if I am lucky) frame, is not a good thing. It bothers me a lot to see myself in the mirror and that effects my moods, depression sets in and it is all down hill from there. Pain from Fibermyalga on top of that. Yeah there were some bad days.
